Batch #6 pasteurized and bottled. This is unpolished, unfiltered, unwatered sake at ABV 20%, made from the rice from Yamagata, Japan, thanks to our friend, Ian. Very bold, strong flavored of rice at SMV +13 [日本酒度]. We have very limited Nigori [にごり] bottles, too.
