Disappointingly, the new pressing bags [酒袋] with thinner fabric are not able to filter rice particles as much as the old bags did. The cloudy sake needed to be settled for another day. The last picture is after the racking. But anyway it did at least filter the lees out, yielding close to 2 gallons of clear sake and 1/2 gallon of milky nigori sake [濁り酒].
