While today is Day 3 of Batch #6, we went ahead and started Batch #7 as well. Thanks to the newly added refrigerator, now we can brew two batches simultaneously. This helps us to fine tune our recipe more quickly and also get more Sake brewed.

Left is the third day of Batch #6 and right is Batch #7 just prepared. Both will be ready some time after Thanksgiving.
