Batch #4 pressed, yielding 4.4 growlers of fresh Sake. The upgraded pressing process works fabulously as it produced the largest amount of Genshu [原酒] ever. The new method has reduced the manual efforts of pressing, helping me save some energy for tasting (another hard work!)
