The upgraded pressing method worked perfectly. The traditional pressing device is called Fune [槽]. Our Fune is much much smaller than regular ones, but has the same function – to put the pressure on the Sake bags within.

So far we got one and a half growlers of fresh Sake. The Fune presses the bags slowly over night. I expect to wake up tomorrow morning with another two and a half growlers of Sake. Yeah!
