Pressing completed. The new Sake pressing bags [酒袋] worked very well, yielding 4 growlers of fresh Sake. This is the best yield ever – more than one additional bottle of Sake for free! The rice mash leftover, or Sake Kasu [酒粕], in the bags will be recycled as well. We plan to make marinade source for a popular grilled fish dish called Kasu Zuke [粕漬け].
