Batch #1 – Day 53

One week from the pressing day. As sedimentation settles, clear Sake is bottled into 750ml and 375ml bottles. The 750ml bottle is almost equivalent to the 4-Go bottle, a typical dinner size Sake bottle in Japan. The milky sediment part is separated as Nigori Sake, which is more popular in the US than in Japan. Now it’s time to start designing the label for our first batch.
