The pressing day. Thanks to all our friends come and celebrated our first Shibori [搾り], we got 1 and 1/2 growler of Sake pressed and still being pressed more. The wine press method didn’t work as planned, so we decided to hung the Sake mash bags [酒袋] to drip by gravity. We’ll see more Sake tomorrow. Anyway, we got Sake. Cheers!
